Our philosophy:

You already have everything for a reboot within you. Our mission is to offer you an environment where you can calm down and sort out your resources.

Our 7-day Reboot Week retreat between Hamburg and Berlin offers you the space for slowing down, relaxation and contemplation: with a good portion of yoga, meditation, sauna, workshops and other offers in good company and in the middle of nature.

    Movement is the essence of our being. A being that does not move physically, will tend to get stuck mentally as well. As body awareness is key to mindfulness, we offer yoga as well hikes and sauna evenings to give you the opportunity to connect your body and soul.

  • Inspire

    The workshops are designed to supply you with an abundance of materials to support your reboot: After having a look at the past year, we will spend two workshops on our present perception, before we finally take a peak into the future. As a result, you will leave us relaxed and energized at the end of your reboot, filled with new ideas and perspectives for the upcoming months.

  • Decelerate

    We believe in your freedom of choice and spirit and want you to listen closely to your needs. This applies to any activity but also your own thoughts and feelings. Feel free to move, join and share as much or as little as you like. These days are designed for you to find your own path.

How we reboot

You will be offered a wide range of activities. It is natural to also want time to yourself to find your balance. Be aware that nothing on the schedule is mandatory, so be mindful of how you choose to spend your time. In a world where spontaneity is rare due to full schedules it can be nice to drift through the days and decide in the moment.

Remember - nothing in the schedule is compulsory. If you choose to eat, sleep and sauna - this is fine as long as you have a good time. Take it as a challenge to listen to your physical and mental needs, every minute of every day.

What is a group workshop?

Spiked with practical exercises, the group workshops support you to try out methods contributing to mental well-being. Each workshop is designed with a different focus and angle on the topics. Additionally, you will be presented with small practical tasks for further immersion. We recommend taking sufficient time for the tasks as they are created to support you in the time after the reboot.

Do I have to open up completely?

The workshops are structured to help you access your self and create new thought patterns and healthier habits. Simultaneously, the workshops will give everyone a space to share experiences, feelings and thoughts in an open manner.

Sharing is caring, but be aware there is no obligation to do so; it is okay to say you do not want to share something. To create a safe space, everyone present including the staff will sign a confidentiality agreement.

Will alcohol be available at the retreat?

No. Alcohol and many other drugs inhibit your brain from forming new memories. We therefore strongly recommend to leave everything that might work against rebooting at home. If you have doubts about something or are taking medication, please mention this upfront and we can find a workaround.

Should I detox from the online world?

Many of us spend a lot of time online, chatting or checking up on others on social media. We like to challenge you to spend your time with your own thoughts so we will offer a phone retreat box in the common area where you can put your phone as long as you like.

Is this a yoga workshop?

It is more. We believe in the duality of a healthy mind in a healthy body. You will be offered not only yoga and movement to strengthen your body but also an opportunity to reboot and rekindle your mind.

How many will participate in the retreat?

We aim to host a reboot for 5 to 7 participants at the same time, with 2 to 3 hosts taking care of you 24/7.

What languages do we speak?

Our main language used in workshop and classes is German, so it I practicable if you are at least a little knowledgeable in German, though we can adjust the language to the needs of our participants as we are fluent in English.
